The Right Questions
This may sound like a Chinese fortune cookie message, but it’s true: sometimes it’s most important to ask the right questions. In this case the questions are same for every type or scale of business:
- Who are my customers
- How, when and why are they buying my products
- How to increase my sales
- What is the best group of customer profiles
- How do I attract more of these customers

Answering these questions will make it easier to run every aspect of your business because you will know where to focus your efforts.This is especially important for small businesses because more often than not you lack resources for extensive actions and major changes. Just take a minute to think about it: Is it not easier to choose package, price, distribution channels and what not when you know who it you are reaching out to?
