Tell Me What You Think
So you know where your customers live and who they are. This shows you where to send your message and trough which communication channels. As to how should the message be shaped, how should it be presented, is matter of psychographic analysis. Look into your customers consuming and private behavior. Are they spending much time in your shop, are they buying after carefull consideration, do they prefer quality over cost, trough what channel do they buy, etc. Cross reference the results with your best customers to find the profile you would prefer as your customers. Sometimes it’s better to have less clients if it means greater profit per sale.

Divide your customers into subgroups, track each group separately, you will probably end up amazed with the evident patterns most members of a certain subgroup follow. This will make it real easy to shape marketing to aim certain groups, not to mention that it will increase insight even on trough which channel and to what location you should launch your marketing efforts.
