Deed of Partnership
Deed of Partnership Agreements are legally binding contract that defines the relationship between two or more business partners. It describes the rights and duties of each partner and determines how the partnership should be run. To form a partnership, the deed is not necessary, but it is a good idea. That way disputes and misunderstandings that may occur because the relationship between the partners is not clear enough can be prevented. Also, the use of solicitors in making the Deed is advised so that all partners understand the terms of the Deed.
